Hi please help ?

I have replaced my old harddrives... and upgrated from Windows 7 to 10 ... I had installed AP on the same drive i have my music ..not the C:disk so if i had to reinstall a clean Windows it wouldent effect my Ap install .... Well now i can`t get Ap backup to work on my new harddrive lots of error messages
is there someway i can use the backup i saved before i installed the new harddrives is there in AP some file there contains the file with all the changes ivè done for countless hours to get the AP to look just the way i like it with relasedates album names in right order covers and so on ?? Or du i have to to that all over again ??

One last question i try to get the latest AP relese and sent a few messages to your support with my email to get the key for latest version but get no reply??

Hi
Thx For Anwsering

First error said "Error initializing Audio!
(Error code:0)

Next Error said 0. Just a red X and 0, on top it sais AlbumPlayer V5.3e

Next Error said Access Violation at adress 008130E7 in module
AlbumPlayer.exe . Write of adress 00000000,

And last said Canvas does not allow drawing.

So ivè tryed to uninstall AP and reinstall again but now the field Database location is not empty and can`t be deleted so i get the same error messages again .... i Can`t get a clean install ?? Seems like some files does not get deleted when i uninstall AP ?

Many thanks hope you have some anwsers on how to go about this???
