Hello all
I am in the process of building a jukebox and am after some software and found this site...........i was given a decent computer off a friend which is the jukebox and have bought a touch screen which is obviously the screen My old ibm laptop is now surplus to requirements but i thought it could be connected up as a scrolling LCD screen instead of me buying a "proper" one. Have done a search but cant find any thread on it.
Is it possible or will it have to be something that i develope myself and hopefully share?
Thank you

I forgot to mention that i was looking at software like ULTRAMON, DISPLAY FUSION, MULTI MONITOR, DUAL MONITOR or any other that could possibly be connected through albumplayer to display the information onto the old laptop.....
I am still experimenting but the more the merrier as they say.

| Take a look at MaxiVista. This would allow you to use the laptop as an extra display. RDP will allow you to take over the complete session. Depends on what you want to accomplish. |

| I control AP with both a touch screen (on the computer that does the music playback into my stereo, playing music stored elsewhere on my network), and in addition, a laptop in an adjacent room running the free version of RealVNC. |
