Thanks for the images Jan.
Just wondering if AP is able to display them in the slideshow feature from one folder (images folder)? or if the artist pics need to be kept with the music inside album folders?
I copied them to a single folder inside albumplayer\images\artists but cant seem to get it to display them during slideshow...only album art is displayed.
Any help appreciated.

Hey skoobs, this might sound stupid, but you have checked the settings under preference -> Image viewer / slideshow right ?

yep i have the correct settings slideshow content set to artist and album art...i have tried all the combinations ..like i said i can have the album art displayed but not artists

Hi,
unfortunately it is not possible at the moment to insert all pictures at once by copying them to a folder. You have to add them one by one. To do this, go to the booklet, to the artist page, click EDIT, click Artist Pics and then you can add the pictures there. It is not a convenient way to do it and we are aware of that and will propably come up with an easier way. |

so what you are saying is if i dont have any albums from an artist is AP wont display them in the slideshow?

Hi,
no, the slideshow feature also works with artists that do not have albums, because the images are connected to the artist database. The pics never belong to a certain album (only the covers do), but the additional artist photos that you can store belong to the artist database. |
