I am setting up a new installation of Album Player.
In the past I have used flac with AP but is this still the best way to achieve good audio quality or are there now more up to date methods?
Advice would be most welcome.

Hi there TrekRider,

Flac is perfect!
Low on volume on your harddisk but the quality of a wav-file soundwise.
I had to be convinced to but haven't looked back since. I use EAC to rip any cd into flac and i'm a serious hifinutter

Cheers, Paul

OK smartdriver, thanks for confirming flac is still the method to use and suggesting EAC, I will give it a try.

Jim
