I have this problem for a long time. I have a large amount of CD's in albumplayer. 7000 CD's and 2000 single's. And i still need more :P .
But the memory from the albumart crashes Albumplayer if I go to the view of all my albums.
If I go to a genre or year, then everything goes well only with the large amount of CD's.

Yesterday I installed Albumplayer v6.0 Beta 11 and I think this version has very much improved,
but in previous betas albumplayer has still problems with this memory. I did not test his version.

I came along this site and want too share it with people because its works great for me and for now no problem with memory anymore. Only for 64 bit versions !!!

https://www.maketecheasier.com/increase-memory-limit-for-32-bit-applications-in-windows-64-bit-os/

Using this is for your own risk, but it works for me.
I have a windows 10 64bit version with 8 gigs ram with intel 17 5500u

Thank you, good tip!
This solved my problem too.

Thanks for your reply.
I was a bit unsure if it worked for others.
And with your amount of albums I know now,
I can throw in al lot more.

Interesting link. It might help many users. For V6 I still planning some better management to remove covers from RAM when not accessed for some time.
